Brand & Client Experience

As a Global Brand Manager at Spotify, Simone leads global marketing initiatives, propelling the brand with tentpole campaigns like Spotify Wrapped and spearheading brand plans for future-forward partnerships and collaborations.

Prior to Spotify, she worked at several advertising agencies including Wieden + Kennedy, Kamp Grizzly and Ogilvy between New York City and Portland, developing integrated campaigns across entertainment, sport, fitness, and music industries.

Simone was an honored recipient of prestigious fellowships from the American Advertising Federation (Most Promising Multicultural Student in Advertising), the American Association for Advertising Agencies “4A’s MAIP” (Multicultural Advertising Internship Program) and ADCOLOR Futures.

She was a 4A’s MAIP Coach for 4 consecutive summers providing insight, weekly coaching and guidance to aspiring marketing professionals, and serves as a Mentor for Spotify’s PULSE Fellowship Program, a 1-year creative development program for Black professionals interested in shifting culture by showcasing Black creativity, innovation and Black excellence.

A native Marylander, now calling the DMV home, Simone is a proud graduate of Elon University. At Elon, she was a D1 track and field athlete and a two-time (back-to-back) team champion, attributing much of her hustle and ambition in her professional field to her personal athletic journey. Simone mentors current and former students interested in marketing, advertising and brand management, while having served as a frequent guest lecturer at Elon University.
