Legendary x Boiler Room

HBO Max / Boiler Room Partnership

At Kamp Grizzly, Simone developed the promotional strategy to market HBO Max’s Legendary show in partnership with Boiler Room, an online music broadcaster based on London. This was a live-streamed DJ experience, paying homage to the show, the Ballroom community and ultimately celebrating the season two finale.

The event had four sets by Ballroom’s greatest DJs: Mike Q, Leonce, Uniiqu3, Kaos and Sky Labeija, culiminating with voguers from the Legendary competition series. Promotional assets lived across the DJ’s channels, HBO’s @HumanbyOrientation, @LegendaryMAX and @BoilerRoomTV. This partnership supercharged Legendary’s affinity and reach with diverse audiences, garnering 1.5M+ views and impressions across Boiler Room promo assets, live stream and playback within the first week of air.
